Over the years, Sedgefield has hosted the game’s greatest players including the likes of Arnold Palmer, Gary Player, Sam Snead, and Ben Hogan who participated in the Greater Greensboro Open (GGO). History continues today as the former GGO returned home to Sedgefield Country Club as the Wyndham Championship in 2008.
