Fly to Telluride, get $100

Telluride Tourism Board (TTB) launches springtime savings

With springbreak right around the corner, you’ve got the time and Telluride, Colorado, has the snow. And, starting today, the winter wonderland nestled in the San Juan Mountains – a top destination for any snow lover – is giving money back to visitors who venture out in March.

In coordination withTelluride Regional Airport (TEX), the Telluride Tourism Board (TTB) will offer visitors flying directly into TEX a $100 credit toward airfare to encourage more people to enjoy the final month of the season at Telluride Ski Resort.

Following an epic snowstorm at the end of February, TTB expects snow enthusiasts to jump on the first available March flight. Current snow reports measure Telluride Ski Resort at a 75-inch base with 33 inches of fresh powder – one of the deepest snowpacks in all of Colorado. “We’re looking to providing visitors with a great opportunity to save on their springtime travels,” said Scott McQuade, TTB CEO. “This offer combines lodging and lift ticket packages with great airline prices and highlights the perfect time to enjoy spring skiing in Colorado. We’re making spring break in Telluride an affordable reality.”
