The Parkinson Network of Arizona and the Muhammad Ali Parkinson Center at Barrow Neurological Institute’s invite you to join them at the elite 2015 Delbert Johnson Celebrity Golf Invitational on April 16, 2015 at the Pinnacle Peak Country Club located at 8701 E. Pinnacle Peak Road. They count on community awareness to bridge the gap between isolation and supportive resources for those coping with Parkinson’s Disease and their caregivers.
Registration begins at 10:00am with a lunch buffet provided at 11:00am, followed by a 12:30pm shotgun start for an 18-hole game. There are several on-course activities and entertainment, such as: tee gifts, celebrity players, 4 hole-in-one opportunities, on-course contests, raffle and contest prizes, silent and live auction items, awards reception, team awards, and live entertainment with Gardner Cole and Taylor Upsahl. The awards celebration and dinner is scheduled to begin at 5:00pm.
The prices range as follows: $100 for dinner only, $500 for individual golfer, $2000 for regular foursome, and $2500 for celebrity fivesome. There are also several other options for donations or sponsorships.
