Pat Tyson named Director of Golf at Superstition Golf and Country Club

Pat TysonPatrick Tyson has been named the new Director of Golf at Superstition Mountain Golf and Country Club. As Director of Golf for the 12-year-old golf facility, Tyson will be responsible for all facets of the club’s golf operations, including staffing, budgeting and marketing. In addition, Tyson will be directing the coordination of the clubs’ many member golf events.

Tyson is a 13-year veteran of the golf industry having most recently served as the head golf professional at Corte Bella Golf Club in Sun City West, Arizona. Previous to Corte Bella, Tyson served as first assistant golf professional at Whisper Rock Golf Club in Scottsdale. He is a 1999 graduate of Beloit College in Beloit, Wisconsin, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Management/History. Tyson has been a Class A Member of the PGA of America since 2006.

Superstition Mountain Golf and Country Club features two Nicklaus Design golf courses, The Prospector and Lost Gold.  It is professionally managed by OB Sports Golf Management, a diversified, golf-oriented company with a long history of success.
