Blackstone Country Club at Vistancia raises $70,000 for Singleton Moms fundraising golf event

Blackstone Country Club at Vistancia Hole #3

Blackstone Country Club at Vistancia’s annual Singleton Moms Charity Golf Tournament raised $70,000, with an attendance of 124 golfers, to provide funds for local single parents who are battling cancer themselves or who have a child battling cancer.

This year marked the eighth tournament hosted by Blackstone Country Club, located within the 7,100-acre Vistancia master plan in Peoria. The Singleton Moms non-profit organization is dedicated to bringing hope, help, and support to struggling single parents in Maricopa County who are in a fight against the illness.

Blackstone Country Club members and local businesses donated to play the award-winning Jim Engh designed championship golf course and enjoyed an awards lunch, silent auction and raffle at the club.

Singleton Moms was founded in 2006 by two Valley women who watched their childhood friend, Michelle Singleton, succumb to cancer. For more information, visit www.thesingletonsaz.org.
