Rover Elementary School in Tempe to host inaugural golf tournament on September 25th

Rover Elementary School is looking for players and sponsors for its first-ever golf tournament at the Arizona Grand Resort, September 25th. The tournament, hosted by the school’s non-profit PTA, will help fund myriad programs and classroom supplies.

Registration begins at 11 a.m., with a shotgun start at 1 p.m. The cost is $75 per player or $300 per foursome. Players can take a shot to win a 50/50 putting contest and other prizes. Players will receive complimentary lunch and player bag.

Several levels of sponsorship are offered, including a $350 package for a foursome and hole sponsorship; $100 hole sponsor, $250 Rover Ram, $500 Rover Friend, and $1,000 Rover Champion. Sponsorships come with varying levels of promotion and recognition by Rover before, during and after the tournament.

Rover Elementary is part of the Tempe School District #3 and is located near The Lakes neighborhood. Rover’s PTA raises funds to pay for educational and cultural programs, teacher grants, school supplies, playground equipment, musical instruments and other needs.
