Win a chance to play a round with Gary McCord by playing SunRidge Canyon now through October 2nd

Golfers who play SunRidge Canyon Golf Club now through October 2 may enter a contest to win an opportunity to play a round of golf with golf commentator Gary McCord. The winner will be randomly drawn on October 10, and may invite two of their golf buddies to fill out the foursome. The group will then play a round of golf with McCord at SunRidge Canyon on a date to be determined in November. And, the odds of winning increase with each round played: play once to get one entry; play a second time to get two more entries; play a third time to get three more entries, and so on.

“Gary is a longtime friend of the club, and we truly appreciate him carving out time from his busy schedule to participate in a round of golf that will no doubt be both interesting and entertaining,” said Jeff Lessig, General Manager of SunRidge Canyon Golf Club.

Wicked Walk Along with McCord
In addition to the contest to play a round with McCord, golfers who purchase the 2012 SunRidge Players Card before October 28 will be entered to win the chance to follow McCord and the contest winners as they take on the Wicked 6, SunRidge Canyon’s final six holes that as the name suggests, tend to play quite difficult. Plus, the six Wicked Walk Along contest winners and their one guest each are invited to enjoy a cold beverage after the round in the SunRidge Canyon clubhouse while McCord tells tall tales of the Tour and lord knows what else.

The SunRidge Players Card, now on sale for $99, is an annual program that allows cardholders and their three accompanied guests to play year-round at SunRidge Canyon for reduced rates, among a number of other added-value benefits.

Participants must sign in at the golf shop to get credit for each round played. Contest prizes are non-transferable and may not be sold.
