From fresh blue waters comes eco-friendly green. The Grill, located at the TPC Scottsdale, has introduced an all-new menu featuring the highest quality sustainable seafood. This Fairmont Scottsdale restaurant has gained acclaim over the years with its decadent dishes and world-class views, and this menu is no exception, featuring fresh catches and daily market grilled fish, with structured entrees ranging from $24-$28,* along with a fun new Clam Bake on Friday nights.

As part of Fairmont’s commitment to environmental stewardship, The Grill has partnered with the CleanFish Alliance, an organization that carefully selects fisherman and artisan fish farmers around the globe to support sustainable practices that are healthy for the fish population, consumers and the planet. For guests who prefer land to the sea, The Grill’s new dinner menu also offers beef, chicken and pork selections, ranging from $23-$35 for complete entrees.* The desserts are as whimsical as they are indulgent, with items such as Warm Monkey Bread, Peanut Butter and Jelly Crème Brulee and Cheesecake Tic Tac Toe.

New Clam Bake: On Friday evenings, The Grill will tip its hat to the New England coastline, with a Clam Bake on the patio. With a cozy fire lit and great Arizona weather, seafood lovers can enjoy little neck clams, Saltspring Island mussels, shrimp, corn cobbettes, Redskin Bliss potatoes, Chistora sausage. The regular a la carte dinner menu is also available.

With an inviting, comfortable environment, The Grill is a relaxing spot for wine connoisseurs and cigar aficionados, or for those who simply want to enjoy their favorite microbrew overlooking the famed 18th green.
