Lindsey Weaver of Scottsdale, wins three-hole playoff for Girls Division title at the Memorial Junior presented by Border Energy

Lee wins his first AJGA championship in Boys Division

Lindsey Weaver of Scottsdale, Arizona, claimed the Girls Division championship at the Memorial Junior presented by Border Energy, after shooting a 6-over-par 222 and winning a three-hole playoff. After losing the playoff, Schroeder took second place with a 6-over-par 222. Jessica Porvasnik of Hinckley, Ohio, finished in third at 12-over-par 228.

Joo-Young Lee of Hilliard, Ohio, captured the Boys Division championship after finishing with a 2-under-par 214.

Conducted by the American Junior Golf Association, the event was a 54-hole stroke play competition played on the par-72, Kinsale Golf and Fitness Club. The event featured 72 boys and 24 girls, ages 12-18, from 15 states and 2 countries. The Boys Division played the course at 7,051 yards while the Girls Division played the course at 6,120 yards.
