Justin Fox named new Head Golf Professional

Joshua Doxtator has been named Head of Instruction and Player Development for Trilogy Golf Club at Vistancia, Arizona’s only 5-star rated facility. Justin Fox takes over for Doxtator as the club’s new Head Golf Professional.

“Josh has established himself as one of the game’s top young golf instructors, and this new role will allow him to pursue his passion for teaching while helping Trilogy Golf Club at Vistancia serve its members and guests by delivering the most innovative and effective player-development programs in the Valley,” said Greg Ellis, General Manager of Trilogy Golf Club at Vistancia. “With Josh focusing on instruction and player development, Justin will play a key role in the day-to-day management of the club, giving the Club a terrific leadership team.”

Under Doxtator’s direction, Trilogy Golf Club at Vistancia has become a national leader in attracting and retaining players at every level. Classes for men, women and juniors are offered at a variety of times throughout the week to make participation easy for students. Each class focuses on improving a specific aspect of the game. However, just as important as fixing swings, the classes also focus on helping the students develop camaraderie and friendships that further enhance their enjoyment of the game. As a result, Doxtator has been widely recognized within the golf industry for his ability as a teacher. Most recently, he received the 2012 Player Development Award from his peers in the SWSPGA. He’s also been a Top 50 Kids Teacher Honorable Mention by US Kids Golf and a Play Golf America Top 100 Performer by the PGA of America.

As the Head Golf Professional, Fox brings an outstanding pedigree to the club. Over his young career, he has worked at such vaunted golf clubs as The Broadmoor in Colorado, Golf Club Scottsdale in Scottsdale, Forest Dunes Golf Club in Michigan and The Bridges Golf Club in Montrose, Colorado. Fox earned his degree from the Professional Golf Management Program at Arizona State University and graduated from Brophy College Prep in Phoenix.
