Scottsdale’s Mirabel now offering non-equity memberships in addition to traditional equity memberships

As a response to demand in the marketplace, The Mirabel Club, one of North Scottsdale’s most successful and widely acclaimed golf and country clubs, announced it has made available a limited number of non-equity golf and social memberships. These memberships will be offered in addition to Mirabel’s traditional equity memberships. Equity memberships confer a percentage of ownership in the club to members while non-equity memberships do not.

Non-equity memberships are offered at initiation fees of $40,000 for golf members and $15,000 for social members. Initiation fees for equity memberships are $75,000 and $25,000. Both equity and non-equity members enjoy the same access to Mirabel’s exceptional club facilities and lifestyle, including: • Mirabel’s award-winning Tom Fazio private golf course (for golf members) • Championship-caliber clay tennis courts • Exceptional dining • Engaging social activities and a warm, welcoming ambiance

Located at an altitude of 3,000 feet, Mirabel residents and members enjoy one of the most pleasant micro-climates in Arizona with warm days and cool nights that remain mild even into the summer months. As a result, Mirabel has sold nearly all of its custom home sites; however, a limited number of exceptional finished custom homes are available for purchase throughout the community.

Mirabel is located two miles east of the intersection of Pima and Cave Creek Roads. In addition to its spectacular Tom Fazio-designed 18-hole golf course, Mirabel features a stunning Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired Desert Lodge Clubhouse.
